Hello! My name is Teresa Tse

I offer a range of Complementary Therapies based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, designed to support people dealing with a wide variety of health issues. These include chronic pain, headaches, allergies, fertility concerns, and many other conditions. Each treatment is tailored to suit the individual, focusing on the whole person rather than just the symptoms.

My approach helps patients understand the root causes of their health concerns. Alongside hands-on treatments, I provide guidance on diet and lifestyle to support long-term wellbeing and a better quality of life. My therapies work alongside conventional medical care, and I often collaborate with GPs to support patients on their path to healing.

Why Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Around 15 years ago, after a serious fall left me unable to walk for months, conventional treatments offered limited relief. It wasn’t until I turned to Traditional Chinese Medicine—including acupuncture, Tui Na massage, and herbal medicine—that I experienced real recovery.

Under the care of Dr. Zhu in Hong Kong, my health improved significantly, and the experience left a lasting impression. Inspired by how TCM treated not just my symptoms but the root cause, I developed a deep respect and passion for this holistic approach. In 2016, I began formally studying Traditional Chinese Medicine to help others the way it helped me.

What is Traditional Chinese Medicine?

Traditional Chinese Medicine is an ancient form of healing with various therapeutic techniques including Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha and  Tui Na.

Its core concept is that an imbalance of energy in the body manifests in physical discomfort and eventually illness. An imbalance can occur due to an individuals lifestyle choices, their emotional psyche as well as inherited conditions. The treatment varies from person to person and is aimed at correcting these in-balances to promote self healing, health and well being.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture

Acupuncture uses sterilised fine needles to regulate the circulation of Qi energy within the body. This relieves pain, reduces inflammation and promotes a healthy blood flow to assist our body’s natural process of self healing.

cupping therapy

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy uses suction to increase blood flow to the affected area of skin. It can help to ease back and neck pain, headaches, arthritis, asthma and other ailments.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha

Gua sha involves scraping the skin with a smooth, flat tool. It stimulates new blood flow for cell repair, regeneration, healing and recovery by unblocking blood stasis within sore, injured muscle areas.

Tui Na

Tui Na

Tui Na massage utilizes specific acupressure techniques to target areas of imbalances in the body which cause pain and discomfort. It is effective in treating a wide range of issues, including chronic pain, musculoskeletal problems such as sprains, arthritis and digestive problems.
